After that many of my claimed listings got hijacked by my competitors, I knew I’ll crack the method to do it myself & that I’ll send you my revelations in order to shut down this option.

So we have a locksmith who considers it acceptable to test and defeat a company's security. Does he also walk up and down the streets in his home town trying to break into buildings?

Is there no Locksmith Oath?

Diana mentions Randy Pausch's Last Lecture which is getting a lot of attention with his recent passing. Many people are probably already in a mood to seriously consider their life's course.

While these two posts have great value to me, I fear the next few weeks. The influx of attention, conversation and links that these genuine heartfelt posts generate will be irresistible for imitators.

Perhaps though, this global blogger introspection will lead to some greater universal truth?

What I know for sure is it will difficult to ignore.

Anyone who reads this blog (hi mom!) has noticed a particular lack of, well, blog entries. This is in part to a massive project I've been working on at work. Because of that project, I intentionally blocked my attention from wandering to some of the time sinks I had previously found so worthwhile (hi google reader! where ya been iconbuffet?).

Thankfully though, I have some good news. With the aid of that massive project, I can even tell you in a t-shirt:

<a href="http://t-shirts.dyetub.com/designs/29 "style="border:none;">

If you click that t-shirt, you'll be taken to the first site that is using the technology I've been putting together between the rest of my responsibilities at work. To put it in a nutshell, T-shirts.Dyetub.com lets people make and share custom t-shirt designs.

T-shirts are pretty freakin' cool, so a website where you can design your own should be pretty freakin' cool, too. Of course, there are other sites out there where you can design a t-shirt but they want you to actually buy the shirt, not just show off your neat idea to your friends. So things like hotlinking are actively discouraged instead of embraced.

If you've ever had an idea for a t-shirt, go make it. Not sure how? Watch a quick movie to learn how. And be sure to let me know how it goes for you. :)

Updated I ran across this old post and wanted to update this to reflect my current knowledge of BSA regulations. :) Adults don't wear patrol emblems except during Wood Badge training. Kind of reduces how popular this item could be, but I can think of a few Scouts I know who might still pick the rocking chair as their symbol. :)
