A good summary of the coverage already out there for Google's new-ish "suggest a result" feature over at Search Engine Land. Unfortunately, one bit of confusion exists (as I already pointed out in a thread at WebmasterWorld):

After you submit the URL, it takes you to http://www.google.com/reviews/w/nominate, which is a 404 page for me. It does, however, appear that Google has many /review pages indexed.

Google's existing google.com/reviews URLs are clearly part of the Movies search and not reviews of web site URLs.

Of course, perhaps Google is planning some uber-reviews section that will cover reviews of everything but no evidence suggests that at this time.
